Typically, the process includes four stages:
Application Review → Pre-screening → Assessment/Interview → Final Interview
Depending on the role, shortlisted candidates may complete a practical assessment or portfolio review. Throughout the process, we’re looking beyond technical skills—we’re equally interested in your attitude, professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
